Jayvee Nava Brady is a Membership, Loyalty, and Community Executive based in New York.

Jayvee specializes in working with fast-growing brands and has a deep understanding of how to scale operations, initiatives and user engagement. As a seasoned strategist and operator, Jayvee’s expertise lies in building thriving communities with highly engaged members worldwide. She achieves this by creating carefully curated spaces that foster authentic connections and by cultivating an inclusive culture across various digital and in-person channels. Leveraging her skills, Jayvee helps brands establish a strong presence and develop meaningful relationships with their audience, ultimately driving growth and success. 

Jayvee started her career as an indoor cycling studio manager and later joined Peloton as one of the first 20 employees. She built the company into the well-known brand it is today. During her tenure as VP of Community at Peloton for over seven years, Jayvee oversaw member engagement as the company accelerated from a startup to a publicly traded company and became a leader in the fitness space.

Passionate about helping entrepreneurs operationalize and grow their startups into successful enterprises, Jayvee leverages her marketing, communications, and operations background to partner with business leaders and solve complex problems. She also excels at producing events that surprise and delight customers while building an inclusive community of diverse and highly engaged members.

In 2019, Jayvee’s accomplishments were recognized when she was named Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ for Marketing and Advertising. Her expertise has also been featured in several high-profile publications, including Adweek, Elle, and The New York Observer. Jayvee provides consulting and advisory services to early-stage companies, focusing on community strategy, engagement, and growth. She also serves on the board of a copywriting/editorial company.

Outside of work, Jayvee enjoys gardening, scuba diving, and hiking. She actively contributes as a mentor for the Government’s Committee on Scholastic Achievement in New York City, which supports underserved NYC communities in achieving their academic and career goals. Additionally, she is an avid runner having completed six half marathons, including the United NYC Half to support Girls on the Run.
